  • The Pricing Secret: Master how to calculate material costs (melamine, edging, hardware) and add your professional labor margin.

  • Market Penetration: Identify gaps in the local market—such as built-ins or kitchen units—where demand is high and supply is short.

  • Residential Showrooms: Learn how to use your own home projects as a “live showroom” to attract your first paying clients.

From Me to You
We started this journey with a simple goal: to stop guessing and start engineering. Over these three phases, we have deconstructed the mystery of high-end furniture. In Phase One, we built the Skeleton. We learned that the "Minus 32" rule isn't just math—it is the backbone of structural integrity. In Phase Two, we mastered the Engine. We conquered the "Minus 91" drawer box, proving that precision is the difference between a rattling box and a silent glide. In Phase Three, we applied the Skin. We discovered the "Magic Number (+21)" that turns a basic carcass into a seamless, sellable masterpiece. You now possess the formulas to take any image from Pinterest and turn it into a cutting list, a quote, and a paycheck. The mystery is gone. The capability is yours.

  • THE BLUEPRINT IS YOURS. NOW, BUILD YOUR ARK. 🚀

Foundation – The Make Or Break

2-Drawer Bedside Pedestal
We move from theory to application. In this module, we tackle our first full build: a standard 2-Drawer Bedside Pedestal. You will learn how to take the dimensions of a unit (Height, Width, and Depth) and break them down into a production-ready cutting list. We cover the Inner Structure (Phase 1) to ensure rigidity and the Drawer Box Assembly (Phase 2) for perfect functionality.

The Brookhill Estate Coffee Table
A beautiful piece of furniture starts with a perfect plan. In this session, we stop looking at the photo and start looking at the math. We are going to deconstruct the Brookhill Estate Coffee Table into its four critical manufacturing layers. You will learn how to separate "structure" from "style" to ensure the unit is rock-solid but still profitable. We will generate the full cutting list for: 1. The Inner Skeleton: Calculating the hidden structural supports that give the table its 10-year lifespan. 2. The Outer Skin (The Brookhill Face): How to measure the expensive outer boards for a seamless, high-end finish. 3. The Drawer Box Build: Precision sizing for your runners and drawer fronts (remember: no wasted shelves between drawers!). 4. The Backing & Rigidity: The final calculations to lock the unit square and ensure stability. Outcome: By the end of this lesson, you will have a production-ready list that you can take straight to the hardware store—zero guessing, zero waste.

The 3 Door Wardrobe
Grab your calculator and your red marker. We are going to deconstruct a complete 3-Door Wardrobe into a production-ready cutting list. We will cover: 1. The Inner Skeleton: calculating 4 side panels and structural shelves. 2. The Drawer Phase: Sizing the two internal drawers using the "Minus 91" rule. 3. The Outer Skin: Applying the "+21" overhang for a seamless, high-end finish. By the end of this session, you won't just see a picture of a wardrobe; you will see the math behind it.

10 Door Wardrobe Wall Unit
Now we scale up. Moving from a single bedside pedestal, we are tackling a massive 10-Door, 12-Drawer Wardrobe. This build introduces critical new rules for large-scale cabinetry, specifically dealing with ceiling-height units and incorporating structural "kickbacks" (plinths) for floor clearance. This module proves that the Milk & Style formulas work on any scale—whether it's 600mm wide or 4.6 meters wide.

The Arsenal: Mastering Power Tools & Equipment
A perfect cutting list is useless if you don’t have the right equipment to bring it to life. Walking into a hardware store can be overwhelming, and buying the wrong tool will cost you time, money, and frustration. In this module, we step away from the whiteboard and onto the shop floor. The Arsenal is your ultimate buyer’s guide and maintenance manual. We break down the absolute essentials of power tools so you can build your workshop smartly and efficiently. In this module, you will learn: The Starter Kit: The "Big 3" essential tools you need to launch your business today. Decoding the Specs: Understanding the difference between corded vs. cordless, brushed vs. brushless, and impact vs. standard drills. Brand Hierarchy: How to navigate brands (from DIY 'Handy Lines' to Semi-Industrial powerhouses) so you only pay for the power you actually need. Tool Longevity: The mandatory maintenance rules to keep your equipment running like a well-oiled engine. Stop guessing in the hardware aisles. It's time to choose your weapons and build your empire.
